Consultative Genomics is a physician-led molecular pathology group operating a state-of-the-art laboratory. We perform pharmacogenomic (PGx) and PCR-based molecular testing, along with blood and urine panels for disease management — each supported by a pre-test consult to protect your reimbursements before a single specimen is processed.

Kevin Rosenblatt, MD, PhD

Founder & Clinical Director, Consultative Genomics

Kevin Rosenblatt, MD, PhD is the founder and owner of Consultative Genomics and serves as its Clinical Director. A trained molecular pathologist, he brings extensive experience in molecular diagnostics and laboratory medicine to the design and oversight of the lab’s testing services.

Dr. Rosenblatt leads the clinical and scientific direction of Consultative Genomics, ensuring that every result is accurate, clinically meaningful, and supported by expert molecular pathology interpretation. Working alongside a clinical pharmacist team, he ensures that molecular findings translate into actionable treatment guidance — not just a report.
